An Invitation to You
When you are caught in pain and suffering, it takes genuine courage to reach out for help. Life feels difficult and overwhelming, full of anxiety, frustration, pain, grief, or longing. A path to change seems elusive or even impossible.
When you want your suffering to end, it can be hard to believe that talking about your pain could be helpful. And yet, a journey to freedom often begins by sharing your innermost pain with an objective and caring other. You may want to withdraw from others and avoid your suffering, and yet, we discover that people are freed by facing and working with their suffering in a healing relationship.
Suffering can be a catalyst toward a new life, a life filled with meaning. You can be helped to find a connection to your own true self and your own true path through life.
This is what therapy offers—guidance and companionship through the thorny thicket of life’s trials, and help forging a connection to your deepest self. Life can become a fulfilling adventure, deeply grounded in your own authentic sense of being.
