When you are suffering, overwhelmed, feeling lost, stuck, or alone, having support and guidance can restore a sense of hope. Together with my clients, I create a safe, protected space for healing by establishing a relationship free from judgment, filled with attentive warmth and respect.

My clients find it easy to talk to me and feel understood. Healing happens when you are free to speak openly about your pain and explore yourself deeply; your authentic self can emerge, and the path forward, the path that is your very own, becomes visible.

My background includes a solid education in Clinical Psychology with a PhD from UCLA. I then deepened my knowledge of the psyche through analytic training, and became a Certified Jungian Psychoanalyst. Jungian Psychology involves attending to the unconscious by exploring symbolic expression through dreams, creative endeavors, the imagination, and ordinary daily experiences.

I bring passion, my full presence, intuition, humor, spiritual connection, and practicality to the work of psychotherapy and analysis. My goal is to help you  discover and align with your true self. Addressing your suffering can launch a transformative journey of healing and self-discovery.

My commitment to nurturing each individual’s unique personhood—and the particular nature of each relationship, in my work with couples—includes welcoming and supporting diversity in all its forms.

During the COVID-19 crisis I am working with clients using telehealth.
